As the situation around Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are actively making the necessary changes to our protocols to ensure we provide safety and flexibility for our guests. We wanted to reach out to you with information about what we are doing here at CHANDRA GROUP OF HOTELS to provide our guests a healthy environment during their stay with us. As always, the safety, security, and health of our guests and team members is of the utmost importance and our highest priority.

Here are some of the actions we have taken:

  1. All employees are required to engage in frequent handwashing and sanitization
  2. Our staff shall wear masks at all times and avoid close contact and practice social distancing
  3. All our staff are thermal screened before entering premises and go through regular checkup
  4. All our staff have Arogya Setu App installed and follow all safety protocols
  5. Our staff are advised to follow restricted movement around rooms and follow zero touch policy with guests
  6. Our staff has been instructed on increased sanitization measures we have taken to sanitize

public areas, keys, public bathrooms, and specific touch points frequently

  1. We have deployed hand sanitizer at various common areas including entrance & lobby
  2. Information about COVID prevention, emergency helpline numbers, DOs and DONTs are displayed at various places for awareness
  3. Our food handlers exercise highest level of hygiene and safety guidelines as advised by FSSAI
